Huitzilopochtli - Yes, I named a beer after an Aztec deity. Not after the zombie apocalypse? Well, you can believe what you want to believe.

In the zombie apocalypse I will wield Xiuhcoatl, fire serpent, weapon of the sun, and ride upon Gilgamesh, valiant fire pig, eternal friend of the bat people. And I shall be unstoppable in my hunger and fury.

Wonderful deep rich color, sharp aroma of citrus and sugar, flavors of mouth coating chocolate, mixed citrus, sweet orange, and kumquat lending a delicious sweet & tart, contrasting note. Finishing long and lingering, rich backing chocolate....

A drink suitable for an Aztec diety, no?

Cheers & Mahalo plenty!
