Benefic was created with our great friend and former coworker, Brian Grace from Thirsty Monk Brewery. Brewed with maple syrup, sweet orange & grapefruit peel & aged on tangerine puree, with an addition of Ethiopian Yergacheffe from Mighty Good Coffee for the likeness of a hearty Belgian waffle. The aroma of this mahogany-hued saison reminds us of chocolate-covered oranged. Medium-bodied with complex tart & sweet flavors & a subtle vanilla finish, it pairs perfectly with brunch but we consider it a treat any time of day!
