This wild saison was inspired by our good friends at Off Color Brewing. John has a way with light, funky fresh beers, that we find magical. To emulate this, we took a grist bill of Pilsner and Pale malt, added German Hallertaur hops, and then let it mature in oak for 9 months. This Saison is extremely quaffable with subtle notes of lemon, citrus, and funk, followed by a refreshing tartness.

The mouse, the fox, and the hound
Could never have dreamt what they found
It was a magical hole filled with moons and stars
Aha, they said, this world is now ours

Jumping through the hole, little did they know
They too would soon begin to glow

So turn your gaze up to the skies
And if you're lucky you might recognize
Hidden in constellations above the ground
